Everyone is pretty friendly and amicable and owner too. Offers magnificent and perfect location in a pretty quiet area. And it's near pubs and restaurants. The lounge bar is fantastic, enjoyed this place.

Truly enjoyed Stranraer, the hotel was lovely to pubs restaurants in Stranraer. The rooms were well-appointed and functional with tea making facilities.

It was brand-new for our travel cot too, good enough for an overnight stay.

That was what I call decent base for overnight stay. I had queen room with a share bathroom. The staff was supper friendly, affable all the time. Its magnificent, central location was a plus. The hotel was a short walk to pubs and eateries.

The location ideal and magnificent to Stranraer P & O ferries. Really close to local restaurants, all public transport, and pub's shop's. Spotless & large rooms with coffee facilities, lovely bedding, as for instance.

It was good value among other available hotels in Stranraer. The location was nice and the staff was very very helpful and affable during the whole stay! I walked everywhere in Stranraer and pubs and restaurants were near the place. The magnificent onsite restaurant had plenty of food.

Magnificent setting, it's near Stranraer, and the pub attached which was fab. Also, Castle of st John is just a short distance away.

I got good value at this hotel. The staff was amazingly attentive, everything was nice. Its location around 10-15 minutes walk from Castle of st John was particularly good and perfect. Moreover, it was just off the centre of Stranraer, takeaways local supermarkets and Dumfries.

The location was magnificent, at a medium distance from Castle of st John. Visiting pubs and eateries a short walk to the hotel was easy. The room was neat, with coffee and comfy bed, slept really well.

Great choice for weekend. Location close to restaurants, shops and pubs and the centre of town. Tidy rooms with coffee making facilities and private bathroom plus coffee, superfriendly staff. Excellent service, parking outside.

Great place to stay for a trip to Stranraer. Convenient hotel, very helpful staff, top quality room. In a central location with pubs and restaurants near the property. Close to a port, perfect for me.
